Details: SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: I performed a field visit to follow up the survey from 10-7-14. The operator has installed a source sample tap at the well head to allow for source sampling. This resolves the open significant deficiency from the 10-7-14 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
