Details: SUMMARY: MCL- total coliform positive for sample date 12/16/14 DETAILS: Tim called to let me know that repeats samples were positive. He said he had notified all of the residents & was planning to disinfect the well. I asked to get a copy of the public notice. He will take further samples after the disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
