Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to 5 month PNC status due to NTU MCL violations DETAILS: I communicated via email the requirements for Midland to address status as a priority non-complier due to NTU MCL violations from Sept - Nov 2014. I indicated DWS needed to review Jan - March 2015 monthly turbidity reports to assess whether filter plant has resolved issues leading to violations last year. ACTION NEEDED: System to re-submit Jan and Feb monthly NTU reports accounting for post backwash NTU spikes and apparent NTU data gaps on circle charts to DWS by 3/30/15. System to submit March monthly surface water report by 4/10/15, and March circle charts by 4/15/15 to DWS. DWS to review compiled information to make a compliance determination on Sept - Nov 2014 NTU MCL violations at that time. See email from 3/19/15 in system file.
