Details: SUMMARY: Compliance Schedule for Violations DETAILS: Spoke to Mr Larman via telephone and mailed a letter to his office due to the water systems water system score of 26 established them as a PNC and a compliance schedule is required to reduce their score. ACTION NEEDED: 1.) The water system must monitor for Nitrate at each of the source locations (EP-A, EP-B, and EP-C) and report the results to the state by May 4, 2015.2.) The water system must meet next reporting period requirements for Total Coliform3.) The water system must have two consecutive months without a TCR violation
