| Details: | SUMMARY: Missed routine quarterly coliform sample for Oct. - Dec. 2014 and Significant deficency violations from last survey. DETAILS: Routine quarterly sample for Oct. – Dec. 2014 was missed. I talked with Irma and suggested that she contact the local laboratory and inquire about having the lab take the required samples. If the lab does the collection the water system will be on a routine schedule and there will be less for Irma to schedule. She will post the necessary notice.Required significant deficiency responses from the survey have been submitted to KCEHD and reviewed. ACTION NEEDED: Post Failure to Sample notice. | ||
