Details: SUMMARY: Spoke with David Bowman regarding a violation postcard he received. DETAILS: 3-9-15 --- David Bowman called to inquire about a violation postcard he received: he has had medical issues recently and hasnt picked his mail up in some time, so the postcard he received may be part of the duplicate batch that Chuck Michael recently mistakenly sent to water systems. I advised David to collect his first quarter 2015 sample if he hasnt already. I added that his system score was not yet at a PNC level. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
