THE PLAN WAS REVIEWED ON 04/07/2015 AND APPROVED ACTION NEEDED: IN ADDITION, I HAVE THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS:1.LOOK INTO REPLACING THE LOCATION FOR ROUTINE SITE #3 TO ONE THAT IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TOWN.2.INCLUDE AN AREA MAP WITH THE SAMPLING LOCATIONS3.INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO TAKE A WATER SAMPLE 4.INCLUDE COPIES OF THE BOIL WATER NOTICES
