Details:	SUMMARY: I contacted Lisa on 3/16 via email regarding progress on completing significant deficiencies noted on the January survey DETAILS: Lisa emailed on March 26th that the 2013 and 2014 CCRs are completed, the M & O manual is done. The Annual Summary Report is going to be done on 3/30/2015, the nitrate test would also be completed on 3/30/2015. The lead and copper will be done during June 1 to September 30 period.I returned email that they need to include enabling authority language regarding cross-connection control in the association documents and that small water system operation training is to be completed.Small water system operator training was completed on March 31st. This system has no requirements for WD or WT certification. ACTION NEEDED: Enabling authority-- and lead and copper taken during summer.
