Details:	SUMMARY: The triggered source and three repeat distribution samples tested TC+. DETAILS: 10-1-13 --- The triggered source and three repeat distribution samples collected 9-26-13 tested TC+. I e-mailed Michelle a tier 2 pubic notice template along with DMCEs e mail address. I informed Michelle that five temp routines are due in October. She is contacting Jim Granger to discuss corrective action, including shock chlorination in the short term and UV treatment in the longer term. I advised her to contact Scott Curry for plan review information for UV treatment installation. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
