Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert on Repeat DETAILS: Phillip contacted me to report the confirmed TC repeat sample. The original site was positive again. He is going to issue a public notice and try to resolve the problem. I reminded him to send in a copy of the PN for compliance and to take 5 temp routine samples in May. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on unresolved TC detections.
