Details: SUMMARY: Spoke with Lisa about significant deficiency correction timeline. DETAILS: APPROVED TIMELINE FOR SIGNIFICANT DEFICIENCY CORRECTION: Lisa will re-take the SWS operator test on 4/22/2015. The test was already taken and passed, however Lisa put the association name on the test instead of her own name. Enabling authority document will be turned in to DWP, attention Mike Perry on 4/30/2015.Lead and copper will be done this summer completed by 9/30/2015. Enabling authority is already covered in the CCR. ACTION NEEDED: Meet approved deadlines (above) for correction.
