Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: One of the two routine samples for April 2015 has total coliform detections. I contacted Kyle and reminded him to take 3 repeat samples from the distribution and a triggered source sample from the well. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat/triggered samples and advise operator on next steps.
