Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Gloria Arney called to say they have completed the O & M manual, Coli plan, the ERP and are now testing the chlorine in there system twice a week and recording it. The system did not complete this by the 3/27/15 deadline and have received a violation. ACTION NEEDED: RTC violation for late correction of deficiencies.
