Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 11/5/14 DETAILS: Lori called this office to ask about the follow up sampling needed. I called her back & left a message to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also reminded her to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
