Details:	SUMMARY: Phone Conversation: E-Coli Contamination Issue DETAILS: Mr. Fortune reported (on behalf of Nathan Arthur) that the operators are currently working toward shutting down the RV park and taking other steps to ensure that the remaining facilities connected to this spring are no longer classified as a public water system under Oregon State Statute.We let Mr. Fortune know that we would have to verify that the number of connections and the total population of the facilities connected to the spring were in fact reduced to a sufficient level that oversight is no longer necessary under Law. ACTION NEEDED: Respond to previous correspondence with an approvable corrective action plan (see previous contacts).
