Details: SUMMARY: Corrective Action Plan DETAILS: Due to public health violations including fecal contaminated water, the OHA requires that these compliance issues be resolved ASAP. It was ordered to draft a written compliance schedule. The schedule was due to be submitted by 4/2/15.Hood River County Health Department cannot approve the corrective action plan submitted. Unless an approvable compliance plan and schedule is submitted, the OHA is considering pursuing formal enforcement actions.You may avoid enforcement actions by:• Immediately submitting a detailed corrective action plan (with target dates) describing your intended method of reaching full compliance.Hood River County Health Department’s role during this process is to provide technical assistance to ‘NATE ARTHURS RV PARK’ (PWS# OR41-01526) and to act as your liaison with the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services program. Hood River County Health Department is not tasked with implementing enforcement actions nor with deciding when enforcement actions will take place.The bottom line is that the system is a community public water system with fecal contamination. Fecal contamination creates a significantly increased risk for acute illnesses among water consumers, especially for small children, older adults and those with immune deficiencies.
