Details:	SUMMARY: MCL violation for April DETAILS: This is the second concurrent month the system has had a MCL violation for total coliform. A public notice template was emailed to Russell. System was going to look at another system wide disinfection/flush procedure. This work is contracted out. ACTION NEEDED: Complete public notice and submit final to DWS. 5 temporary routine samples are due in May.
