Details:	SUMMARY: received documentation for addressing all but one significant deficiency DETAILS: Received a packet by mail documenting that the City of Paisley (#00611) completed by 5/1/2015 all but one of the identified significant deficiencies. The packet included written and photo documentation. The remaining significant deficiency is their ongoing MCL violations for arsenic. The City has been under an enforcement action (BCA) to install arsenic treatment for some time, and the current deadline for installment is 6/30/2015. ACTION NEEDED: Inform DMCE to enter the compliance date of 5/1/2015 in the database for all but one named significant deficiencies. Have them adjust the deadline for the remaining deficiency (ongoing MCL violations for arsenic) to 6/30/15, which will match that given in the BCA enforcement action requiring installation of arsenic treatment.
