Details: | SUMMARY: E-Mail Conversation DETAILS: "we are looking into the safe drinking water revolving loan fund . To get help with the water . As far as the tenants in the RV park it looks like it is going to be a battle in court to get them off the land. We can not do any thing until they leave. We are planning to stay to the same time line as sent to you in the last email. Court fight may change things do not know I will let you know if things change"We responded on 5/22/15 via e-mail and said:"Mr. Fortune,Thank you for your progress update. We are happy that you are working with the revolving loan fund-- they are an excellent resource for community water systems.Regarding the stated timeline, provided in your message, we cannot approve the corrective action plan that ‘NATE ARTHURS RV PARK’ (PWS# OR41-01526) public water system has currently proposed because it does not adequately describe how and when the water contamination issue will be resolved.As well, I have been informed that you have discussed submitting ‘as-built’ plans of your spring water source (and the Plan Review Fee) to the Oregon Health Authority with James Nusrala by June 15th. It would be most helpful if you could confirm that date in writing for us-- an e-mail would be adequate.Formal engineering plan review is our best way to evaluate the water system so that we can give ‘NATE ARTHURS RV PARK the best assistance ACTION NEEDED: (1) Formally disclose the water system’s intent toward reaching compliance (including specific proposed actions and timelines)--(2) Resolve fecal contamination of water-- and(3) Complete other required |
