Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 3-24-14 DETAILS: E-mailed the operator to let him know about the total coliform. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & respond as necessary
