Details: SUMMARY: All the deficiencies noted on the 10-29-14 water system survey have been corrected. DETAILS: 6-1-15 --- All the deficiencies noted on the 10-29-14 water system survey have been corrected: NSF documentation for fecal coliform and ACH has been provided, Cl residual is monitored as required, written protocol for non-DRC operators has been completed, and an ERP and O&M Manual have been completed. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed at this time.
