Details: SUMMARY: Alert Coli14179 DETAILS: Spoke with Otis Phillips, about the positive coliform test on 5/21/15. The firm was already beginning to take repeat tests, 3 distribution and from the wells in use for the source (triggered). I reminded Otis to take 5 routine samples in June. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in June.
