Details: SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Jeremy took and additional follow up repeat sample and it was also positive to total coliform. WS has submitted a PN and done the L1 assessment. They are going to take corrective action and 5 routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on July samples.
