Details: SUMMARY: survey follow up and other matters DETAILS: Larry called regarding whether or not his 2014 lead result needed to go in to this years Consumer Confidence Report, given its sort of invalidated status (see contact report for 10/15/2014). Advised referencing it as a questionable finding with a follow-up sample pending. He also indicated they were still having trouble determining how to install the required raw sample taps per last survey, and would probably not be able to meet their 7/31 deadline. Still trying to pursue best course of action: drill a well, get water from USFS system, switch over to the gas station system, applying for a construction waiver. Owner now thinks there might only be two springs-- the third accidentally damaged. ACTION NEEDED: Took the info-- referred to Caroline / Kim for further action
