Details: SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: System was contacted via email to remind the system they had deficiencies from the survey that still need to be corrected or plan submitted such as master plan and 2013 cross connection report. Also a plan review was conducted for their reservoir and pictures were asked to be submitted of top of tank ACTION NEEDED: I had given a timeline of May 4th to submit picture and to give time line to me for completion of deficiencies.
