Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Fern e-mailed me picture of the new vent for the well head that fills the hole on the top of the well head to make water tight and sanitary. Violation for deficiency can now be returned to compliance. System is still waiting for the results of there MPA analysis from the State. ACTION NEEDED: None.
