| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on campground activity and GWR Corrective Action Plan DETAILS: Mat phoned to say that their campground concessionaire had reopened the East Davis Lake CG water system for the season. He wanted to know if they still needed to post a public notice (their 2015 samples have been coliform absent). The GWR Corrective Action letter sent to them by Klamath County on 3/15/15 says they do need to continue posting a Tier 1 notice, or shut off the water entirely, until the final corrective action is completed. So yes, they need to post a Tier 1 notice. We discussed how he could word the current status on the notice. Meanwhile, the new wellhouse project has been delayed a bit. Mat will send an email to Klamath Co EPH and me with a new corrective action plan timeline (project completion by September). He understands that the public notice must be reposted every 90 days until the action is completed and negative results are obtained. ACTION NEEDED: Await new proposed corrective action plan dates from Mat Barnett. Check with DMCE as to why the March 2014 GWR letter and compliance date from Klamath County does not appear on Data Online. | ||
