| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to 6/30/15 routine E. coli + DETAILS: At 1230 pm I spoke to Bob about the follow up to the 6/30/15 routine E. coli positive sample collected from the distribution system. I summarized that 4 repeat samples (one at same location as positive, 1 within 5 connections up, 1 within 5 connections down, and a fourth location anywhere in distribution) and a triggered source sample at spring to be collected within 24 hours. System already collected source sample from well on 6/30. System to consult with Washington County re: next steps after results from follow up testing received from lab. I indicated that regardless of results, 5 temporary routines required in July. Provided after hours DWS phone number to Bob in case results come back during holiday weekend (Fri-Sun). ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 4 repeats in distribution and triggered source sample at spring within 24 hours. System to consult with Washington County to address initial E. coli positive sample. UPDATE: On friday 7/3, system reported to after-hours phone that all follow-up sampling was ok (absent for coliform). | ||
