The sample was taken from the kitchen sink. ACTION NEEDED: Operator was told (per Caroline Gross-Regan on 7/7/15) to take 3 samples one at the positive site, one upstream, one down stream and one in distribution. Source will need to be identified prior to taking sample at source.Update: source will not need to be sampled because it is considered hauled water. | ||
