Details: SUMMARY: One temporary routine collected 6-4-15 tested TC+ DETAILS: 6-8-15 --- One temp routine collected 6-4-15 tested TC+. I spoke with Sallie and advised her that a triggered source and three repeats are due today/tomorrow and five temp routines in July. Sallie informed me the landlord is willing to install UV: I gave Sallie Scott Currys contact info and told her that plan review would likely be required and that she/the landlord needs to call Scott. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
