Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive Alert Response DETAILS: PAUL PHILLIPS CALLED MY OFFICE ABOUT THEIR RECENT TCR SAMPLE TESTING TCR+. UPON INVESTIGATING THE CAUSE HE LEARNED THAT THEIR CHLORINATION SYSTEM WAS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY SO HE REPAIRED IT AND IS CURRENTLY FLUSHING THE ENTIRE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ACTION NEEDED: WATER SYSTEM IS TO COLLECT FOUR REPEAT SAMPLES AND ONE SOURCE SAMPLE AND COLLECT FIVE TEMPORARY ROUTINE SAMPLES IN AUGUST.
