Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Repeat samples taken on 6/10/15 came back positive for total coliform ACTION NEEDED: Talked with Alex, Owners Son, who stated that Bob from Klamath Pump has been out to the facility and is shocking the well. They will wait 24 hours until they pull another sample from the well. Alex mentioned that the wellhead may need to be raised 12" but he was not sure. He plans to visit with Bob this afternoon to get the latest details and will call me back.
