Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate test result of 7, begin quarterly sampling protocol. DETAILS: The system has had consistently increasing trend in Nitrate results. A quarterly sampling protocol is to be implemented to assess the seasonality of the trend and verify that the maximum contaminant level is not being exceeded. ACTION NEEDED: Begin sampling for nitrates on a quarterly basis. Next sample due before 9/30/2015, then before Dec 31, 2015, then before March 31, 2015.(Rev. 11/08)
