Details: | SUMMARY: Determined sig deficiency status, updated monitoring schedules DETAILS: Sam is the HOC president doing the PWS paperwork. She asked me where to submit their Op and Maintenance manual because I was present at the survey and she had not heard back from Brody. She was concerned that the other deficiencies she had completed still showed up as incomplete on Data Online, with the due date near. I explained that we usually change the status of those all at once, if they are done before the deadline. I alerted her that Mac is still incorrectly collecting routine coliform samples at the wellhouse instead of in distribution, and to start taking the one annual source sample. Schedules in SDWIS did not match those in latest survey. After researching, I saw that Bromate is indeed monthly, and the other DBPs could be reduced to every 3 years (in November). Asbestos sched had not been removed following the survey. ACTION NEEDED: Sent Sam a revised Water Quality Monitoring page to append to the recent survey. Asked DMCE to remove the asbestos schedule and reduce the one for DBPs to every 3 yers. |
