Details: SUMMARY: tc+ alert follow up DETAILS: System had TC+ routine 7/17/15. Called Gene on the 17th and discussed. 4 repeats including well were taken the next day all were absent. Will need 5 temp routines in August. This system has a history of positive coliforms each summer/fall. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines in August. If all absent, back to monthly.
