Details:	SUMMARY: MPA Testing DETAILS: The Lost Valley Educational Center is a non-profit residential and educational facility located near Dexter in Lane County. The Center has a groundwater system that serves 17 connections with approximately 45 people. The system has 2 wells which feed to an unapproved treatment system. Chlorination is added for 4-log virus inactivation. Well #2 had tested positive for e. Coli. It was determined based on the location of a nearby creek that the well would need to undergo Microparticulate Analysis (MPA) Testing to determine the degree of surface water influence, if any. Forwarded test results from first test to the water system and DWS. Reviewed requirements for second test with water system staff. ACTION NEEDED: Collect second MPA test at least 30 days after the first test.
