Details:	SUMMARY: Operations and Maintenance Manual DETAILS: The Sprague River Water Association has a ground water system in Klamath County northeast of Klamath Falls. This water system serves 60 people through 29 service connections. The system consists of the well, a 169,000 gallon storage tank and hypochlorination for residual maintenance.The Circuit Rider was contacted by Delbert Bell (Klamath County Public Health). The water system is in need of assistance getting back into compliance with the Drinking Water Rules. Specifically, the system missed several samples in 2014 and has not taken a coliform sample in 2015. The system is in need of operational assistance and documentation, including O&M Manual, Administrative Procedures and Emergency Response Plan. Met with water system on site. Gathered materials needed for Administration and Operations & Maintenance Manual. Assembled manuals. Delivered manuals to water system and performed training with water system staff. ACTION NEEDED: None needed.
