Details: SUMMARY: Water Quality ALERT: COLI14490 NORTH BAYSIDE EST-SOUTH DETAILS: Spoke with Debra by phone and followed up with email:Debra, This email relates to North Bayside Estates – south system. I will shortly send you another email related to the north system. Because of coliforms in sample results earlier this week your follow up includes:ASAP: 4 REPEAT samples taken from the distribution system (with one from same place as the sample earlier this week) at the same time 1 SOURCE sample taken from the faucet closest to the wellhead and prior to any changes in the plumbing including treatment. Next Month: 5 TEMPORARY ROUTINE samples are due taken spread through the distribution system.IF bacteria show up in any REPEAT sample you will want to provide public notice as well as find and fix the cause of the sample problem prior to collecting the TEMPORARY ROUTINE samples.ALSO Please bring me documentation of corrections you have made to the deficiencies noted in last summer’s water system survey. ACTION NEEDED: Now: 4 REPEAT sample + 1 SOURCE sample-- September 5 TEMP ROUTINES.Also, provide documentation of survey deficiency corrections.
