| Details: | SUMMARY: Tried calling Steven at number listed above. Only got a busy signal. Completed this contact report and mailed to address on the alert. Requested operator to call me with correct phone number for water system operator. RT coliform is positive. DETAILS: Within 24 hours of notification of the positive TC - operator is to take 4 repeats in distribution, one at the same site as the positive, and to take 1 sample at the source "AA" and mark it triggered. These should be followed by 5 temporary routine samples in distribution in October ACTION NEEDED: Call me if further instructions are needed or if you (operator) has questions.
