Details:	SUMMARY: Four temporary routines collected 8-26-15 tested TC+ DETAILS: 8-28-15 ---Four temporary routines collected 8-26-15 tested TC+. I spoke with Sallie regarding the triggered source and five temp routine (in September) collection requirements, as well as the Tier 2 public notice requirement (MCL violation). Sallie is going to speak with the landlord regarding shock chlorination. I recently spoke with the landlord, we discussed her pursuit of connecting to city water and her options regarding treatment (UV or continuous chlorination). ACTION NEEDED: See above.
