Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 5/19/15 DETAILS: Phil called this office about the total coliform detect. I let him know that he will need a source sample from the well & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to check the chlorinator to make sure it is operating properly. He said he would check with Mark who takes care of the chlorination system. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
