Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 8/4/15 DETAILS: Called Delores & let her know about the total coliform positive samples. She was aware of the total coliform positive. I let Delores know to check with the lab to be sure they are taking a source sample & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. She said she will do. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
