| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance Regulatory Assistance Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Visited store and discussed the unresolved significant deficiencies: 1) lack of biweekly monitoring for chlorine residual, 2) lack DPD test kit, 3) lack of NSF 60 bleach, 4) annual source assessment monitoring. Mr. Ott had turned off the chlorinator unit as a corrective action but was interested in operating the chlorination system for sulfur control. Mr. Ott agreed to obtain NSF 60 bleach, a DPD test kit, monitor residual as required, and test annually at source. Mr. Ott will provide photos of the bleach and test kit after he obtains the items . ACTION NEEDED: Submit photos to verify required chemical and equipment. | ||
