Details: SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Completed sanitary survey for reactivating system. Visited store and discussed the unresolved significant deficiencies: 1) wellhead subject to flooding, 2) no screened vent. Jim Edwards , store owner, stated he will install screened vent and place a sump pump adjacent to wellhead. Mr. Edwards will send photos to verify corrective action. ACTION NEEDED: Submit photos to verify required equipment.
