| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up and Corrective Actions Repeat and Triggered Samples were both Total and E. coli Positive DETAILS: Thursday, September 10, 2015:I talked with Association Treasurer Shirley Dutt and told her that the results of Repeat and Triggered samples taken September 9, 2015 were both Total and Fecal Coliform positive. The Rules require that a Boil Water Order or Notice be issued. I composed and sent via email to Shirley, the Boil Water Notice. The Association Secretary, Aloma Robinson, made photocopies of the notice a distributed them to each house and business in the community served by the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Friday, September 11, 2015: Take Confirmation Samples taken at well prior to chlorination. | ||
