| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up and Corrective Actions DETAILS: Wednesday, September 16, 2015: I received a phone call from Sprague River Water Association Operator Thurman Parish the residual free chlorine in the distribution system is 0.3 and 0.4 parts-per-million (PPM). I talked with Russ Kazmierczak (DWP) about the next steps needed to remove the Boil Water Order. According to Russ, the criteria are:• Water Sample from the distribution system that is free of either Total or Fecal Coliform. • Ensure that there is a free chlorine residual throughout the systemNext Month, (October) five temporary routine samples are taken. ACTION NEEDED: Sample from the distribution system free of either Total or Fecal coliform. Ensure that there is a free chlorine residual throughout the system.Take five Temporary Routine Coliform Samples in October 2015 | ||
