Details:	SUMMARY: E-Mail - M&R Assistance DETAILS: Resulting from a short phone conversation, the operator requested an e-mail with any outstanding water quality monitoring that is due. We sent an e-mail that informed the operator that Coliform & Nitrate Sampling is due. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a Coliform sample from Distribution before the end of September. Collect a Nitrate Sample from the Entry Point as soon as possible.
