| Details: | SUMMARY: Removal of Boil Water Order DETAILS: Total Coliform samples taken 16 Sept 15 from distribution were negative.. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Boil Water Notice can be removed2. Water system to take a chlorine residual measurement from the sink in the pump room a minimum of twice per week.3. Water system to take a minimum of three chlorine residual measurements from the distribution system twice per week on the same day as the measurement at the pump room is taken.4. Record the chlorine residual measurements and send a copy of the record to the Klamath County Environmental Health Office monthly.5. Take five total coliform samples from the distribution system in the month of October 2015. | ||
