| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform MCL Violation DETAILS: Erica Anderson called to inform DWS that two of the coliform samples can back present for coliform . The triggered well samples and other samples were absent for coliform. Erica indicated that she was going to investigate the portion of the distribution system for a possible source of coliform. A draft RTCR Tier 1 Investigation form was provided to assist her in the investigation. She also indicated that the first step would to be flush the contaminated section of distribution system and then collect a special sample to see if the issue was resolved. Also, informaed Erica that a Tier 2 TCR MCL notice would need to be issued to the impacted cutomers within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Complete corrective action and issue a Tier 2 Coliform Rule Notice within 30 days and provide a copy of the notice to DWS within 10 days of the issuance. | ||
