Details: | SUMMARY: deficiency Follow-Up: Letter Sent DETAILS: HRCHD-EH sent a letter discussing the compliance schedule for deficiency Follow-Up after the 8/24/15 WSS. This letter says:"Mr. Zastrow,On September 25th, 2015, a deadline to submit a formal corrective action plan to Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office passed (see the water system survey reported dated 8/26/15 for more information). The only issue that needed formal follow-up was that ‘Aldridge Ditch CO WS’ public water system needed to start monitoring and recording chlorine residual levels in the distribution system at least two times per week. Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office is assuming that this issue has been resolved. Please contact our office to confirm. As a reminder, according to rule: - This violation must be resolved by 1/9/16-- or -‘Aldridge Ditch CO WS’ public water system must formally request an alternative compliance schedule.
